Refund Policy — Pulsyr Cloud
Last updated: 10 August 2026
Draft — not yet in force. Pulsyr Cloud is not open for signup, so there is nothing to refund yet. This policy will be finalised with Chilean counsel before the service opens. Questions: soporte@pulsyr.dev
14 days, no questions asked
If Pulsyr Cloud is not what you needed, write to soporte@pulsyr.dev within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full.
You do not have to explain why. We will not ask you to sit through a retention call, and we will not make you click through a maze to find the button.
This applies to your first purchase and to every renewal, monthly or annual.
How to request one
Email soporte@pulsyr.dev from your account address with the date of the charge. That is the whole process.
We approve requests within 2 business days. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, the refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method, and it typically reaches you in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also request the refund directly from Paddle using the link on your invoice.
After 14 days
We do not refund past 14 days, including the unused part of an annual plan — with three exceptions where we refund regardless of elapsed time:
- We charged you in error, or charged you twice.
- A subscription you had cancelled renewed anyway.
- We discontinue the service, in which case we refund the unused portion of your prepaid period (see §8 of the Terms).
If the service was materially broken for a sustained period, write to us. We would rather refund you than argue about it.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not itself a refund request. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then drops to Free — your data is not deleted when you cancel.
If you want a refund as well as a cancellation, email us within the 14 days.
What happens to your data
Nothing, on cancellation. Your account moves to the Free plan and your projects stay where they are.
If you go over the Free limits, we do not delete anything: the account becomes read-only for creating new projects, and you keep full access to export everything through the API and MCP tools. We will always contact you before restricting anything.
If you delete your account outright, we keep the data for 30 days so you can change your mind, then remove it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law — including, if you contract as a consumer in Chile, your rights under Law 19.496, and any statutory withdrawal right you have in your own jurisdiction.
