Hosted service terms

Who we are

The hosted service is operated by Avonlea Systems SpA, RUT 77.890.325-3, Hamburgo 550, Ñuñoa, Santiago, Chile. Legal contact: legal@pulsyr.dev. Support: soporte@pulsyr.dev. "We" and "Pulsyr" mean Avonlea Systems SpA; "you" means the person or entity holding the account.

These terms do not apply to the open-source Pulsyr software, which you may run yourself under the MIT License with no agreement with us.

Agreement and account

By creating a hosted account you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide an identity you control, protect your OAuth account and MCP tokens, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. One person or entity per account.

Plans and limits

Every plan has every feature. Plans differ by how much of our infrastructure you use, never by which functionality you get. Self-hosting remains free and unlimited.

Fair use. Where a plan says unlimited, it means we do not meter it, not that there is no ceiling. The figure in brackets is the point at which we will contact you to agree on a plan that fits. We will always write to you before restricting anything, and we will never delete your data over a quota. If your account moves to a smaller plan, existing projects, documents and collaborators remain available; only creating new ones is paused until you are back within the limit.

AI operations are calls to third-party AI providers made on your behalf, such as impact and effort estimation, incident triage, thread drafting and embeddings. You may supply your own AI provider key on any plan, including Free; usage under your own key is not counted here and is billed to you by that provider.

Limits may evolve. We publish material reductions before they apply to existing active accounts.

Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. This has two consequences worth understanding:

• Your purchase contract for the transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to it. Paddle appears on your statement and issues your invoice.
• Paddle collects and remits VAT, sales tax and equivalent taxes in your jurisdiction. Avonlea does not handle your tax data.

These terms continue to govern your use of the service itself.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Changing to a larger plan takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata; changing to a smaller plan takes effect immediately with the difference credited at your next renewal.

We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies at your next renewal, never mid-period.

Refunds

We refund any charge in full within 14 days, no questions asked. The full policy, including how to request one and the three cases we refund regardless of elapsed time, is in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems without authorization, evade plan or security controls, overload the platform, resell the service as your own, or help another person do so. Automated agents remain under your control and responsibility.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Pulsyr the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and transmit it solely to operate and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights and authority needed to submit that content and connect external integrations. We do not train AI models on your content, and we do not permit our providers to do so.

You can retrieve your data at any time through the REST API and the MCP tools. After termination we keep it for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it.

Availability and changes

The hosted service is provided without a paid service-level agreement on any plan. Maintenance, security work or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt it. Features may change as the product evolves; material changes affecting hosted accounts will be communicated through the service or published documentation.

Suspension and termination

Pulsyr may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using the hosted service and request account deletion through legal@pulsyr.dev. Some limited records may remain where required for security, backups or legal obligations. If we discontinue the service we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

Third-party services

GitHub, Google, MCP clients, AI providers, Sentry and other integrations are independent services with their own terms. Pulsyr is not responsible for their availability, actions or data practices.

Open-source software and trademarks

The source code is provided under the MIT License. “Pulsyr”, its logo and other marks are governed by the trademark policy. These hosted-service terms do not reduce the MIT permissions.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Pulsyr is not a substitute for your own source control, backups, security review or human supervision of automated agents. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.

Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Material revisions receive a new version date and, when required, renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to legal@pulsyr.dev.
