What you should know before paying
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Tax is added at checkout according to where you are. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, which issues your invoice and appears on your statement.
Refunds within 14 days, no questions asked, on your first purchase and on every renewal. See the Refund Policy.
Cancel from your account at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. We never delete your data because a plan ended: what exists stays available, and only creating new projects is paused while you are above the Free limits.
Bring your own AI key on any plan, including Free. Usage under your own key is billed by that provider and does not count against the monthly AI operations. Configure no key at all and Pulsyr degrades gracefully: items simply carry no estimate.
Self-hosting is free and always will be. The software is MIT-licensed and has every feature the hosted service has. The plans above pay for our infrastructure, not for unlocking functionality.
